You are capable of making a Superhero Landing and gain the benefits listed below.  Also known as a three-point landing, this is a classic visual trope in which a hero performs an epic jump (or enters an action scene by dropping from a great height) and lands in a seemingly simple and flawless martial art inspired pose. 

• Increase your Strength, Dexterity, or Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can use your reaction when you fall to reduce any falling damage you take by an amount equal to five times your level.
• You can make a running long jump or a running high jump after moving only 5 feet on foot, rather than 10 feet.
• You can make a Heroic Leap which triples the distance you can Jump as per the spell, ending in a Superhero Landing. You must take a short rest before you can make another Heroic Leap.
