Pre requ: Dragonborn or Kobold Draconic Bloodline sorcerer of level 5.
The character gains +1 natural armor increasing to +2 at level 15
The player also gains resistance to Fire damage increasing to immunity at level 12.
The player spends two sorcery points and one action summoning their true form from within.
The player then doubles their hit-points
Gains a strength modifier equal to their charisma modifier.
Gains two natural weapon attacks (claw and claw) going up to three (claw, claw, bite) at level 10 and adding a choice of wing attack or tail attack at level 15.
The player can ONLY cast his Dragon Breath and Fireball spells but they are cast as though under the effects of empowered spell (sorcerer meta magic)
The Dragon form has wings and a flying speed of 80ft.
Your size becomes large and at level 14 it becomes Huge. The increase in size increases the damage dice of the natural weapon attacks by one size. Taking Claw from (large) 2D6 up to (huge) 2D8 and Bite from (large) 2D10 to (huge) 2D12.
The Player can revert to their kobold/Dragonborn form for 1 action LOSING HALF THEIR HP and no longer gaining access to their natural weapons. Meaning damage and healing during Dragon form matter.
