You've mastered versatile weaponry. From now on you have an expanded arsenal of moves and techniques when wielding a versatile weapon. You gain the following benefits when wielding a versatile weapon:

• Versatile Precision: All versatile weapons have a bonus of +2 to hit.
• Empowered Critical: On your turn, when you score a critical hit with a versatile weapon you can add (1d4 + your proficiency bonus) damage to the attack.
• Defensive Stance: As a reaction, you can assume a defensive stance, preparing to parry incoming attacks. You add half your proficiency bonus, rounded down, to your AC until the start of your next turn. You must be wielding your versatile weapon two-handed in order to use this reaction.
