You live off alcohol more so than water. Your tolerance is that of gods... well the lesser ones. You can now drink two sizes larger than your size before getting drunk, and have advantage on CHA, CON and DEX checks and saving throws while inebriated, but you have disadvantage on WIS and INT saving throws and checks at the same time. Additionally, you have a +1 bonus to hit while drunk.
