Dashing Hero

When you attack with a finesse or ranged weapon, and not wearing heavy armour, you can use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity, for the attack and damage rolls.
The attack should also be accompanied with suitable in character banter, quip, or pun.
