When you take this feat you learn how to deepen your rage at the cost of your own body. While raging you can state that you deepen your rage sacrificing 5 HP to add +1 damage to the remainder of your attacks until your rage ends. The Barbarian can deepen their rage even further with the following effects: -15HP add +2 damage, -25HP add +3 damage.
A Barbarian can do this once per short rest, attempting to do it again requires the Barbarian to make a DC18 Constitution savings throw or take 1 level of exhaustion.
