You seem to have the worst luck. Ever the optimist, you refuse to let it get you down. Time to snatch victory from the jaws of defeat...or just make things worse.

Skill/Combat Check Modifier
-
Whenever the player rolls a Natural 1 on any skill or combat check, they can choose to use this Feat. The player rolls a 1d4 and the DM/GM multiplies the DC of the check by the result, and then cuts it in half. The player re-rolls their check against the new DC. If they fail the check again, the player receives double the negative consequences from the original failed attempt. If the player rolls a Natural 20 on the second roll, player can immediately take an additional Free Action if in Combat. This Feat can reduce a player's Hit Points to 0.

(Feindal rolls a Nat 1 against a Perception check with a DC of 10 to see if there is even footing in front of him. He is about to fall and receive 2d6 damage. He chooses to use Dumb Luck. He rolls a 1d4 and receives a result of 1. The new DC of the check is ( 10 x 1 ) / 2 = 5. Feindal rolls another d20 and manages to roll an 11. Feindal safely recovers from his stumble and sees where his footing can go to safely traverse. If Feindal rolls a 4, he misses his footing anyway and tumbles down harder than he would have. Feindal take (2d6) x 2 damage.)
