Prerequisite: Requires a Dex Score of 15 or higher
Your awareness on the battlefield gives you time to react to your foes. Gain the following benefits:
You can use 2 reactions a round.
You cannot use both reactions on the same turn. (I.e. you can't parry and cast hellish rebuke on a creature that hit you)
On the second reaction of the round. If the reaction is used to:
-Attack: -3 to the total damage
-Spellcast: Disadvantage on the attack roll (Enemy gets advantage on saving throw if the spell requires one)
-Damage Reduction: Reduce damage reduction by half (I.e. If you parried for 4 damage reduction, you only reduce damage by 2)
-AC Bonus: Only gain half of the ac bonus rounded down (I.e. Shield Spell only provides +2 instead of +5)
