Through the blessing of Reya, a wind-touched Birdfolk can tap into their gift and soar above even the highest treetops. Once every long rest, you can call out to Reya and control the wind around your wings. This allows you to maneuver around the tightest edges, or fly as far as you can see. Your maximum flying speed is double your walking speed
However, this supernatural flight takes its toll on you. The amount of time is limited to 15 minutes every long rest.
1) If used for 5 minutes or less, you are unaffected.
2) If you fly between 6-10 minutes, you have disadvantage on any dexterity checks or saving throws once you land until you take a short or long rest.
3) If used between 11-15 minutes, you take one point of exhaustion once you land which remains until you take a long rest.
