Prerequisite: Beast Master Archetype, Improved Ranger's Companion
The trust and magical bond formed between Ranger and companion grants you the following benefits:
- Your Ranger's Companion's hit point maximum equals its normal maximum or six times your ranger level, whichever is higher.
- Your Ranger's Companion becomes proficient with all saving throws.
- When your Ranger's Companion hits a creature with an opportunity attack, the creature's speed becomes 0 for the rest of the turn.
- As a bonus action, you can command your Ranger's Companion to make a single attack.

Posted Jul 6, 2020I removed "Your Ranger's Companion's attacks count as magical for the purpose of overcoming resistance and immunity to nonmagical attacks and damage." as it was added in the errata of the Beastmaster's Exceptional Training. I added "As a bonus action, you can command your Ranger's Companion to make a single attack."
