You gain the ability to, as an action, lower the temperature inside a 120ft radius sphere to -30F for 10 minutes. 

While this effect is present, any creature inside of it takes an extra 2d6 cold damage when it is hit with any cold damage.

While the effect is present, any creature that moves into it or starts its turn inside of it must make a DC10 CON save or take 1 level of exhaustion. This happens once per cast.
