Vulnerability, Moderate; Heat: Disadvantage

• The character has a hard time dealing with temperatures of 36.6C (98F) or higher.

• The character suffers a -4 to all rolls while subject to the above temperatures.

• I am using the Feat system to put disadvantages/weakness's into the system since they do not have one yet at least, because they add more flare to the character, and some DM's and players a like enjoy having weakness's more then just backround flare, also because some DM's like myself don't mind letting players have a starting feat or two, if they have something that counters it, so this is a good way, add weakness's/disadvantages to the character to allow a feat so it remains more balanced and is not free.
