This feat allows the user to take two reactions in combat. It may only be used once per long rest.
the amount of reactions per long rest goes up by +1 at level 10, 16, 20 for a maximum of 4 reactions.
however, you may NOT add your proficiency to attack rolls, or saves with these extra reactions.
