Foundational to the magical practices of exclusive groups like of the Red Wizards of Thay, the Witches of Rashemen, Many Divine Orders and even fueling the grand rituals of Elven High Magic, is the concept of multiple casters participating in a single working. A spell caster may take this feat showing their training in casting spells in a cooperative fashion.
Requirements: Arcane or Divine Caster.
You have so mastered the ability to control the flow of your magic, that you are able to pass your power out to fellow casters of the same spell power. Arcane cooperating with Arcane, Divine cooperating with Divine. As an Action, you may utilize your magic in the follow abilities. Alternatively, if two casters have this feat, the actions can be completed as a Bonus Action and so well tuned are their abilities to work together, that they bridge the barrier of arcane and divine, allowing for their magic to fuse without issue.
Amplify Spell: You may use your reaction to increase the level of a spell being cast by another within 30ft, spending a spell slot up to your proficiency bonus and increasing the level of spell by that much.
Transfer Magic: You may grant your magic to another spell caster within 30ft, expending spell slots up to your (proficiency bonus + your primary spell casting modifier.) As a reaction, the receiver of the transferred magic, may distribute the magic to recover spent spell slots equal to the given magic. If the receiver has this feat as well, absorbing the spell energy takes no reaction. (If the caster has already expended their reaction, then the transfer fails and the spell energy returns to it's owner.)
Cooperative Metamagic: You may use your reaction to alter a spell being cast by another within 30ft, adding to the spell the property of any Metamagic from the sorcerer's class ability. You expend a spell slot equal to double the required sorcery points to use the Metamagic, up to your proficiency modifier. Alternatively, if you are already a Sorcerer, you may use your own sorcery points in the place of spell slots, at the normal sorcery point cost..
