Vibe Check

You have taken the time to learn the nuances in communication of those around you which grants you the following benefits:

• Increase your Charisma score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• Gain proficiency in Insight if you do not already have it, otherwise you may also add your Charisma Modifier to any Insight check you make. 
• Up to a number of times equal to your Charisma Modifier (no lower than 1), you may take the Help action as a Bonus Action instead. Whenever you take the Help action this way, the creature to whom you've lent aid may roll an Insight check against one of your own. If the final results after modifiers are within a number equal to your Charisma Modifier, then that creature may add your Charisma Modifier to their next ability check or attack roll they are trying to complete, on top of any other benefits they receive from your Help action.
• If the results of the Insight checks are exactly the same, then the creature rolls a critical on their next ability check or attack roll on a 19 or 20.

Not A Vibe

• If the rolls from the Insight checks made as part of the Vibe Check do not fall within a number equal to your Charisma Modifier of each other, the creature to whom you direct your Help action immediately fails the ability check or attack roll they are trying to complete. You also immediately fail your next ability check or attack roll.
