Bloodline Blood Magic

Through morbid curiosity and a natural talent for drawing power from your bloodline you have learned to harness your own ichor or life force as an instrument of arcane might. You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution or Charisma by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• You can choose to cast a spell using hit die equal to the level of the spell, up to 3rd level

• You may spend hit dice to increase the damage of your spells, each die spent adds that much damage to the spell. In the case of area effect spells or spells that affect more than one target you must choose a target to take the extra die of damage.
