You have honed one of your abilities and became more skillful when using that ability. You gain the following benefits:
- You gain +1 to one ability score, excluding constitution.
- You gain one skill proficiency of your choice that uses the ability you chose. (ex. if you chose strength you need to choose a skill that uses strength)
- Choose one skill in which you have proficiency that uses the same ability as the one you chose for this feat. (ex. If you chose athletics you have to choose another skill that uses strength) You gain expertise with that skill, which means your proficiency bonus is doubled for any ability check you make with it. The skill you choose must be one that isn’t already benefiting from a feature, such as Expertise, that doubles your proficiency bonus. You can choose the same skill that you gained proficiency with this feat.
