Cursed Overflow Image
Prerequisite: The player must have a curse on them, discussed with their DM prior to the campaign start.

A mix of a curse and divine power, your emotions allow you to control the fate of a creature at a price to your own health caused by a strain of bad luck that has now taken hold of you.

Rolling a 1 on any spells cause loss of control of the building emotions, causing them to be released in a wave called "Overflow". When this happens, a negative effect applies to the player and a creature within a 5-foot radius. The outpouring of emotion releases string of magic, draining 2d6 of your health; (add 1d6 for every level above 2nd level) and transferring to the creature in the form of psychic damage. If the player and the creature are touching, the damage is doubled for both the player and creature.

The creature must then make a WIS saving throw to see if the curse extends to them,  on a successful save, they are left curse free. However, on a failed save, the creature feels a cloud of dark energy surround them, causing the player's curse to take effect on them.
