Cry of the Lost Archer

Mildred the Skywalker, a legendary elf archer, was struck down in an unknown location. She, crying out for her allies and then cursing them as she was left to face the shadows of the forest alone. In her death her spirit lives in hunt of those to help her hunt down her enemies, they alive or dead.

*Uses*

During combat or outside of combat, you can roll a d20 . 10 and above the one or Ones you are choosing to scream at, will be both intimidated and frightened. 
BUT
If you roll a nat 20, you gain a single minion for as many hours as the character is leveled of your choosing.
