Through daily moderate to vigorous drinking not only your liver but your mind is conditioned to handle a large quantity of alcohol.
While drinking/drunk:
- Increase your Charisma score by 2.
- Decrease your Dexterity score by 1.
- Being drunk can no longer poison you.
- You are oddly able to speak intelligibly.
While not drinking/drunk:
- Decrease Charisma by 2.
- Decrease Constitution by 1
