The Mark of the Predecessors is evolving, it's getting stronger but it's also starting to ooze it's dark influence outwards. You've been bestowed one of the 6 cursed appellations, the appellation of destruction. You've become an embodiment of destruction in more ways than one, things that you touch and that stay close to you for long periods of time often break much faster or much more easily than with anyone else. While it is still very contained and occasional, as the mark gets stronger you feel that this influence also grows more powerful and unhinged.
