HM Fly (Thrower)

When you are within 5 feet of a willing creature that is the same size or smaller, as an action, you can grab them and throw them at a target within 25 feet. The thrown creature's turn for this round begins immediately, regardless of initiative order. The thrown creature may use a melee attack and if it hits, they roll 1 extra damage die and add the thrower's Strength modifier and their own DEX modifier.

The thrown creature must have the HM Fly (Flyer) feat.
