Prerequisite: The ability to cast at least one spell
Once per short rest, while within view of the sky, you may conjure the power of the stars overhead to stun a target using the cosmic brilliance of the stars above. The target must be able to see the sky as well and has to make a Wisdom Saving throw equal to your spell save DC.
