By using the mechanical components of other machines, you've increased your own abilities. Generally having this feat means that you've either replaced some of your anatomy with machine parts, or that you are a machine such as a warforged.
You have +1 AC and +1 to your choice of Strength or Constitution.
You also gain 60ft of blindsight from sensors that "see" the world through soft electromagnetic pulses. These sensors use nearly undetectable pulses of electricity similar to how creatures use sounds to echo-locate.
- Objects that conduct electricity such as metal are detectable and mostly transparent to your sensors, and you can perceive around corners.
- Objects entirely encased in non-conductive components, such as glass or ceramic, are opaque and cannot be seen through with this blindsight.
- Most living creatures with a nervous system and machines have electrical pulses, that are detectable when not somehow concealed with special measures.
