You don't necessarily have a problem with heights, as long as your feet are on the ground. If you are flying, however, especially if you can see how high you are, you are frightened any time you are flying higher than three times your height. If you are flying higher than 6 times your height, you are frozen with fear and unable to do anything.
FLAW. This is a flaw feat. At your DM's discretion, you may take this feat at level 1. If you do, you may also gain a second feat, or increase two of your ability scores by +1 (or one by +2). If you choose to increase any scores, you cannot choose to increase any score affected by the Flaw. Some flaws can be overcome in time, with role played work towards that end. Others might be overcome by a high-level Cleric, but the cost might involve a side quest or a great amount of money
