When a spell you see or hear a spell being cast, you can copy it temporarily. Until the end of battle, you gain the ability to cast that spell and gain one spell slot of the spell's level plus one (i.e. gain a spell slot of a 5th level if the spell was cast as a 4th). You lose knowledge of how to cast the spell at the end of battle (unless you already had the spell before you Copied it) as well as the temporary spell slots. 

When you use this ability, you can’t use your Copy skill until the start of the next combat.
