The character has a severe weakness to heat, when temperatures are above 98 F or 36.6 C the character suffers a -10 to all rolls except for death saves, and has disadvantage on all rolls except for death saves as well. The character also takes 1 point of damage per hour they are exposed to temperatures of 105 F or 40.5 C degrees or higher.
The character also has vulnerability to heat/fire.
I am using the Feat system to put disadvantages/weakness's into the system since they do not have one yet at least, because they add more flare to the character, and some DM's and players a like enjoy having weakness's more then just background flare, also because some DM's like myself don't mind letting players have a starting feat or two, if they have something that counters it, so this is a good way, add weakness's/disadvantages to the character to allow a feat so it remains more balanced and is not free.
