The Matron of Death temporarily extends her hand to you, allowing you to evade death in exchange for your allegiance.

• You gain advantage on all death saving throws.
• If you die, you will be transported to Letherna. Here, you will meet with the Raven Queen, and she will revive you and place you back into the material plane in a location of her choosing. A week's time will have passed from the moment of your death. 
• You are bound to carry out the wishes of the Raven Queen until your agreement has ended.
