You gain the following benefits:

• Increase your Constitution or Intelligence score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
• On your turn, you can use an action to target one of your allies, that target gains advantage on attacks on any creature that hasn't taken a turn this round. Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
• You gain advantage on saving throws against being paralyzed and feared conditions.
