You are sustained by divine energy, as such you don't need to eat or sleep, additionally whenever you roll a hit die you recover the maximum amount of health possible from it.  Your divine energy gradually depletes and must be replenished by engaging in meditation for at least 4 hours. During this time you are conscious and can engage in light physical activity.
