When you get lucky, your bad luck sometimes affects not only yourself at times, but also has a chance to affect your friends, your foes, and even sometimes the environment you're in.
Whenever you roll a Nat 20 on an Attack Roll or a Skill Check. After resolving the roll, the player must roll a D20 to see if this affects Badluck Burst. You get 3 Badluck bursts per day and they reset the next day.
1-10: Fail
11-20: Success
If it fails, DM must roll to a Bad Luck Roll for the character. This chaotic bad luck can land on anything and even anyone, including themselves within 50ft. There is a chance that nothing happens still so hopefully the dice are in the player's favor.
The DM first rolls a 1D4 to decide on who/what is affected by Bad Luck and how bad it is.
