This curse happens when those who have been resurrected after being drowned in the ocean, although only those of a truly kind heart will be resurrected. After this you are doomed to be in a state of constant sadness while water continues to drip down your person for 500 years in which you will die. You can still be killed by other people though and will be resistant to cold damage, but immune to fire which will burn out from your touch. If somehow this has been cursed upon you, it has a cool power, if you take a drink from a full flask of water you can turn into a water elemental, this only lasts for a limited time, you determine how long you stay like that by rolling a constitution saving throw, if you roll 10 or under you will stay like that for 1 turn, if you roll over 10 you will stay like that for 2 turns, although if you roll a natural 20 you will have it for 3 turns, but a natural 1 will cause the form to dissipate immediate. You can be killed in this state. once you turn back to your normal form you will have to take a long rest before being able to do it again.
