Heart of Ice [WM]

You learn the Frostbite and Shape Water spell and can cast them at will.

You also gain the following benefits.

• Dealing force damage is instead cold damage.
• Dealing fire damage is instead force damage.
• Spells related to stone or water, such as Dust Devil, Bones of the Earth, Tidal Wave, Maelstrom, etc. Can instead deal cold damage if you choose so.
• Creatures that take cold damage equal to their max hitpoints, is slain instantly and shatters into pieces like a frozen sculpture.
