Does exactly what is says on the tin, adds 3 extra magic item attunment slots AND anything from those items come into affect on the character sheet.

(tho it isn't affected by the pre requisite if you don't have the previous one, not an issue just an observation)

The prerequisites are also homebrew so it more of something the DM has to keep up with since you can't add homebrew stuff to homebrew stuff...yet. lol
