Vampiric Wings

You can manifest bat-like wings that sprout from your shoulder blades, normally over the course of a short rest. You may also manifest them as an action, but doing so deals 2d6 damage that cannot be resisted or reduced in any way. Removing the wings likewise acomplished over a short rest, or as a free action by causing them to simply fall off. This later option deals 2d6 damage that cannot be reduced or resisted in any way. In either case clothing and armor must be made to acomodate the wings, or it will destroy them (in the case of clothing) or fail to function (in the case of armor). While manifest you have a fly speed of 30 feet, while not wearing heavy armor. In heavy armor you have a flying speed of 20 feet.
