Prerequisite: The user must be of the rogue class, or have more than 2 expertises.

The user gains an additional +2 bonus to proficient skills and a +4 bonus to expertises. Additionally, they roll advantage on anything they have an expertise in, as well as the damage and attack role of one chosen weapon which they bind themselves to. The user must have used the said weapon for at least 2 years.
