Mechanically it would probably function identically to climbing, different flavor though. The speed would be the same as your running speed.

Not a terrible idea, but extremely badly written. In a game about numbers and distances and scores, you need some hard fast numbers in here. What does the "agility of a cat" look like on a character sheet? How far or how fast can you run up walls? (Especially considering that cats can't do that, not for more than a few feet, or longer than two seconds, anyway.) What is "slow fall"? Do you mean feather fall, like the spell? Do you mean something like Monks already get, and if so, how far or for how long? Because there's a big difference between falling off the tavern roof, and falling from orbit.

Details matter in this game. 

completely agree, I made this when I was 17 and had never actually played dnd before and certainly hadn't run a game. looking at it now its very much a mess of a feat and could be reworked into something cool and usable but it more funny for me to look at how younger me thought the game worked
