Prerequisite: find familiar as a known or prepared spell, Intelligence, Wisdom, or Charisma of 13 or higher.
You have refined the processes needed to call forth a familiar, making it more powerful and resilient than a typical servant. Now, any familiar you call forth gains the following benefits for being under your service:
- You familiar's Strength, Constitution, and Dexterity scores each increase by an amount equal to half your proficiency bonus (rounded down).
- Your familiar gains additional hit dice, up to an amount equal to your proficiency bonus. A familiar cannot have more hit dice than one half your level (rounded down), but cannot have less hit dice than what is listed on their statblock.
- You familiar can now assume the form of a giant rat, giant fire beetle, or giant wolf spider, in addition to any forms it can already assume. The new forms listed also gain the first two benefits of this feat, if able.
