As an action you may spend 3 ki points to activate the following abilities for one minute:
- You gain +2 AC against melee weapon attacks.
- You can use your action to restore 1d6+your Wisdom modifier HP to up to six creatures of your choice that you can see within range. This ability has no effect on undead or constructs. You may not use this ability again until you spend 1 ki point to refresh it.
Once you have used this ability you cannot do so until after you have taken a short rest.
When you activate Awaken the Sacral Chakra you can expend 1 additional ki point to awaken any additional Chakra Awakening feats that you possess, up to your Wisdom modifier.
