Finesse weapon master

You have learnt to use your dexterity into your fighting way more efficiently. You gain the following benefits:

• On your turn, when making an attack with a finesse weapon that you are proficient with, you are able to move around your target for 5ft (regardless of your movement speed) as long as you stay in range of your target, without provoking attacks of opportunity from anyone other than your target.
• Before you make a melee attack with a finesse weapon that you are proficient with, you can choose to take a -5 penalty to the attack roll to add +10 to the attack's damage.
