(This feat is exclusive to the Aranth campaign setting).
The spark of Anxarsis, the Furious Dragon, the god of destruction, has awakened inside of you. The Chosen of Anxarsis can manifest the powers of tempest and destruction, summoning the fury of the storms and the ability to move as lightning. You gain the ability to use the Lightning Charge power.
Lightning Charge (unlocked at level 4): As an action, spend 3 HDs to lunge forward at the speed of lighting. You immediately move your speed + 5 feet per +1 in proficiency and can move through cover and enemies as long as you can see the other side. All targets that you move through are dealt half your proficiency in d8s + Strength Lighting damage. You must finish your movement in an open space.
You can also make a single attack with a weapon or natural attack as part of this action to one of the targets affected by the damage of this effect. If you can make more than one attack with your action, you can do those additional attacks but not more than one attack per target.
