You focus the power of Anxarsis inside of you to harass your enemies in plan with electric torture. You learn the special ability Tormentor.
Tormentor (unlocked at level 12): When an enemy within 30 feet suffers any condition, you can immediately torture him with an electric bolt of agony and suffering. They must succeed at a Dexterity saving throw DC equal to 8 + your Proficiency modifier + your Strength modifier or else they suffer your proficiency in d8s in lightning damage. If they could roll a saving throw or use a skill to get free of the condition or if the condition was about to end this turn, it lasts for one additional turn, with no roll allowed.
If the enemy succeeds at the save, he only suffers half damage and the condition is not extended.
You must spend 6 HDs and your Reaction to use this ability.
