Chosen of Crom

(This feat is exclusive to the Aranth campaign setting).

The spark of Crom, the Unleashed, the god of war, has awakened inside of you. The Chosen of Crom can manifest the powers of war and the forge, summoning the changing phases of the moon as well to transform themselves. You gain the ability to use the Howl of Battle power.

Howl of Battle (unlocked at level 4): As an action, spend 3 HDs to imitate a wolf´s howl, dealing your proficiency in d6s + Strength Thunder damage in a circle around you of 5 feet per +1 in proficiency in length. This ability only affects enemies. Enemies that fail the saving throw are Frightened against you until the end of their next turn. The Wisdom save DC is equal to 8 + your proficiency + your Strength modifier.
