Chosen of Dazz

(This feat is exclusive to the Aranth campaign setting).

The spark of Dazz, the Lord of Bones, the god of death, has awakened inside of you. The Chosen of Dazz can manifest the powers of death and the grave, summoning the powers of the depths of the ocean as well to destroy their enemies. You gain the ability to use the Syphon of the Depths power.

Syphon of the Depths (unlocked at level 4): As an action, spend 3 HDs to deal your Proficiency in d8s + your Intelligence modifier in necrotic damage in a cone of 5 feet per +1 in proficiency in length. You gain Temporary Hit Points equal the damage you roll. The Constitution save DC is equal to 8 + your proficiency + your Intelligence modifier. If you deal no damage to any creature, you do not gain the Temporary Hit Points.
