Prerequisite: Requires a Constitution score of 10 or higher
You have trained your body to push on even after tremendous exertion and to ignore fatigue. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20
- When you have levels of exhaustion, you only suffer the effects of the level below your current level. You still die if you reach 6 levels of exhaustion.
- If you sleep at night, you only have to sleep for 4 hours to get the benefits of a long rest.
