Devastate

Devastate- As an action, you make a devastating attack smashing the ground around you cracking the surrounding earth in a 30ft cone. Creatures must make a dexterity saving throw. On a failed save creatures within the cone take 3d8 thunder damage and are knocked prone or on a successful save they take half damage. Can be used once per long rest.
