Latent Dragon Blood

Prerequisite: You have faced a dragon somewhere in your campaigns (a battle is not required, but a face to face meeting is.)

You have had a run-in with a Dragon and you feel a strange pull emanating from the creature.  You discover that you have abilities associated with Draconic ancestry.

• +1 to your constitution, with a limit of 20.
• You learn one cantrip of your choice from the sorcerer's spell list.
• In addition, choose one 1st-level spell from the sorcerer's spell list. You learn that spell and can cast it at its lowest level. You may cast the spell once without the use of a spell slot after each long rest.
• Constitution is your spellcasting ability for these spells.
• You find that Pseudodragons have an affinity for you.  You can choose a Pseudodragon as your animal companion if you are a Beast Master Ranger.
