-The trait Mental Discipline gains the following effects.

𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐒𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐈𝐧𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐞: You gain a +2 bonus to your Wisdom and Charisma stats.

𝗠𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗲: You have resistance to psychic damage. Whenever a creature rolls a die to access or manipulate your thoughts using magic, they subtract your proficiency bonus from that roll.

𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗔𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀: During a short or long rest you may choose to meditate. When you do, you access your inner mind and communicate with your quori or "Lineage". While your quori is activated it acts as a separate entity in the form of a small wisp like creature, and you may use your bonus action to command it for a turn. It can pass through objects, as well as interact with its surroundings at will, and it has a base movement speed of 20 feet and can exert a force of up to 5 pounds at any given time. The area within the quori's core contains the memories of your ancestry, and any creature it passes through takes 1d8 psychic damage, when a creature takes damage this way your quori is returned to you and loses the rest of it's usage for a day.
