When taking this feat you gain the innate ability to alter the perceptions of others. While within 30ft of a creature you can see; you can use your reaction to alter a creature's perception of the world around them. This illusion is temporary, and is only perceptible to the creature it was cast upon. A creature who is targeted by this feature must make a Intelligence saving throw against your spell save, or suffer disadvantage on ability checks/saves which rely on all senses but touch for the duration. The duration of this illusion lasts until the target is interacted with by anyone but you, you or the target moves out of range, the target takes damage, or until you end the effect.
Additionally, while in combat you can use a reaction to target a creature which is targeting any creature other than yourself with an attack. On a Failed save the targeted creature takes 1d6 + Int Mod psychic damage, as the target believes it is hit in retaliation.
