You live to be in danger and don't have time to lie around and wait for death. You would rather get back into the fray or get on with dying. Some might say you are either nihilistic or have a death wish. You gain the following benefits:
- Increase your Constitution score by 1, to a maximum of 20.
- The moment when you are knocked to 0 or less Hit Points, immediately make as many death saving throws as you like. You may choose to roll again after seeing the result of each save throw. At any time after a roll, you may choose to stop rolling this round.
- If you were reduced to 0 Hit Points by an attack, and are within line of sight of the attacker when you revive: You may immediately leap to your feet and release a scream from deep within your soul, that causes the Frightened effect on the attacker that injured you. This effect lasts until the end of your next turn. You may take only a bonus action and reaction this round.
- If you die as a result of this, due to your soul's lackadaisical attitude towards life, any attempt to raise you from the dead must be from a 7th level or higher spell or similar effect (lower levels spells cast at a higher level would not function). For example, while Raise Dead would not have an effect, Resurrection would be sufficient.
- If you make death saving throws but do not stabilize or die at this time, any successes or failures carry over to the beginning of your next turn, where you continue to roll like normal.
